Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Familiarity with admissions, transfer, and student services across institutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming bridge for technical college students exploring transfer options to USU.
• Provide high-touch, one-on-one guidance on stackable degree pathways (certificate-to-associate, associate-to-bachelor).
• Proactively engage students early in their programs to outline transfer options.
• Guide students through transfer and articulation process with academic advisors, Registrar’s Office, and enrollment services.
• Advise on navigating university systems and resources, protecting student confidentiality.
• Maintain documentation of interactions and track success metrics (students served, transfer yield, credit retention, satisfaction).
• Act as liaison between USU and Utah Technical Colleges and other institutions offering certificates.
