The University of Louisville's ULtra team is seeking a motivated Student Success Specialist to oversee the KCTCS Pathways project. You will manage updates, track yearly changes, and promote pathways for transfer students across UofL and KCTCS communities.

This remote role requires collaboration with curriculum teams, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with content management systems and Microsoft applications. Some on-site meetings in Louisville may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four (4) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain routine updates of KCTCS Pathways documents and track yearly updates.
• Coordinate updates with KCTCS Curricular Management and UofL units.
• Post current Pathway documents to University of Louisville Transfer website and share with KCTCS web managers.
• Promote Pathways to KCTCS stakeholders and students to grow engagement.
• Meet prospective KCTCS transfers to inform them of Pathways opportunities.
