Job summary

The University of Louisville is seeking a motivated Student Success Specialist (KCTCS Pathways Specialist) to oversee management, tracking, and facilitation of the Pathways project. This role will promote and engage KCTCS transfers and coordinate updates with curriculum management teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with four years of relevant experience (Master’s preferred) and strong organizational, communication, and CM/ visualization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with four years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Master’s degree preferred but not required for consideration
• Experience in higher education or transfer pathways is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain routine updates of KCTCS Pathways documents and track yearly updates
• Update existing pathways and develop new pathways for all University of Louisville majors
• Establish a tracking database for academic and programmatic pathway updates
• Maintain a database of curricular changes related to KCTCS/UofL pathways
• Coordinate with UofL and KCTCS curriculum management stakeholders to track curricular changes
• Act as primary contact for updating Pathway documents on the Transfer website
• Ensure Pathway documents are provided to KCTCS web management contacts
• Promote Pathways to KCTCS stakeholders and students and inform prospective transfers
