Responsibilities

• Teach and instruct agency customers/end users and staff on the use of Motorola Flex software and designated third‑party tools.
• Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for Motorola Flex software and third-party software.
• Present training using a variety of methods (lectures, demonstrations, online projection).
• Complete department-required reports within set standards.
• Manage communications with customer contacts regarding training schedules.
