You will conduct classroom and virtual trainings, manage schedules, and collaborate with the Customer Education Lead to ensure high-quality instruction.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• 1+ years of experience working with Motorola Flex software.
• CJIS Security Policy background check required.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers/end users and staff on Motorola Flex software and services.
• Conduct on-site and remote training for Motorola Flex and designated third-party software.
• Present training using classroom methods and various media.
• Coordinate training schedules and communicate with customer contacts.
