Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Education Specialist for a remote role with 75%+ travel to customer sites across the United States. You will train agency customers and staff on Motorola Flex software and related tools, both on-site and virtually, while coordinating schedules and reporting.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ years of experience with Motorola Flex software, and legal eligibility to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience with Motorola Flex software is preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and instructing agency customers/end users and staff on the use and operating methods of complex software products and services.
• Conducting on-site and remote training for Motorola Flex software and designated third-party software.
• Presenting training using various classroom methods (lectures, flip charts, online projection, etc.).
• Completing department-required reports within set standards.
• Coordinating training schedules and communications with customer contacts.
