Job summary

Responsibilities include teaching agency customers and staff on complex software, conducting on-site and remote training for Motorola Flex and third‑party software, and presenting training using varied classroom methods. Must have a valid driver's license and comply with CJIS Security Policy.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience with Motorola Flex Administration preferred.
• CJIS Security Policy fingerprint background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on Motorola Flex software and related products.
• Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for Motorola Flex and third‑party software.
• Present training using varied methods and manage training schedules and communications.
• Coordinate information between trainers and customers under supervision.
• Operate under guidance from the Customer Education Lead.
