Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Education Specialist for a remote role with extensive travel across the United States. You will teach agency customers and staff on Motorola Flex software, conduct on-site and remote training, and deliver sessions using lectures, flip charts, and online projections.

You will manage training schedules, coordinate information between trainers, and report performance metrics, while working under the Customer Education Lead.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1+ years of experience with Motorola Flex software.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on Motorola Flex software and services.
• Conduct on-site and remote training for Motorola Flex and third-party software.
• Present trainings using lectures, flip charts, and online projection.
• Complete department-required reports within standards.
• Coordinate training schedules and communicate with customer contacts.
• Operate under supervision from the Customer Education Lead.
