Maximus is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training for Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) and Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) program enrollees. You will support CSRs in understanding program requirements, systems, and customer service expectations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience delivering new-hire training in a contact center or customer service environment.
• Experience developing simulations, scenarios, assessments, and knowledge checks.
• Familiarity with LMS and eLearning tools such as Articulate Rise 360 or Storyline.
• Ability to pass a federal background check and work remotely in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Create and develop training curriculum and materials using adult learning techniques.
• Develop assessments to measure learner competencies and program quality.
• Deliver instructor-led virtual new-hire training for Customer Service Representatives.
• Collaborate with partners and SMEs to analyze needs and design deliverables.
• Monitor learner progress and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure training content aligns with safety, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
