Job summary

Scorpion Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and improve enablement programs for Customer Success, focusing on onboarding and skills training for Marketing Assistants and Account Managers.

You will work within established frameworks, delivering training on Scorpion’s technology suite and digital marketing concepts, helping client-facing teams ramp quickly and consistently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and skills-training programs for customer-facing roles.
• Facilitate sessions in person and virtually with coaching from senior team members.
• Build and maintain training content on Scorpion tech suite and digital-marketing channels.
• Administer learning paths in the LMS / enablement platform.
• Gather and summarize feedback and data to support refinement.
• Contribute to enablement content library and improvements.
• Partner with AMs, Directors, leadership, and support teams to keep content current.
