Job summary

Scorpion is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and improve enablement programs for Customer Success, focusing on onboarding and skills training for Marketing Assistants and Account Managers. You will work within established frameworks, delivering training on the Scorpion platform suite, client communication, and digital marketing concepts to help teams ramp quickly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Enablement, Training, Account Management, Customer Success, or Learning & Development.
• Experience with LMS, Zoom, Google Workspace, and CS tooling is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital-marketing channels and client-service workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and skills-training programs for customer-facing roles.
• Facilitate sessions in person and virtually with guidance from seniors.
• Build and maintain training content for Scorpion tech suite and digital marketing channels.
