Job summary

Scorpion Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement programs for Customer Success, focusing on onboarding and skills training for Marketing Assistants and Account Managers. You will work with Scorpion’s technology suite and digital marketing concepts to help teams ramp quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in Enablement, Training, Account Management, Customer Success, or Learning & Development.
• Proficiency with LMS, Zoom, Google Workspace, MS Office 365; familiarity with CRM/CS tooling.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, paid, social, content) and client-service workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and skills-training programs for client-facing roles.
• Facilitate sessions in person and virtually with coaching from seniors.
• Build and maintain training content for Scorpion tech suite and digital channels.
• Administer learning paths in the LMS with scheduling and tracking.
• Gather feedback and data to refine programs.
• Contribute to enablement content library and updates.
• Collaborate with AMs, Directors, and support teams to keep content current.
• Build foundational knowledge of account management and customer success.
