Scorpion Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and improve enablement programs for Customer Success, focusing on onboarding and skills training for Marketing Assistants and Account Managers.

The Training Specialist supports the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enablement programs for Customer Success — primarily onboarding and skills training for Marketing Assistants and Account Managers. Working within established frameworks and with guidance from senior team members, delivers training on the Scorpion technology suite (Platform, CSX, CMS, My Site, Enterprise Portal), client communication and service standards, and core digital marketing concepts to help client-facing teams ramp quickly and consistently.
