As a strategic partner to senior leadership, translate business priorities into scalable learning solutions, collaborate with Marketing on go‑to‑market initiatives, and ensure measurable improvements in sales effectiveness and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field in business, healthcare, or similar.
• 10+ years in adult learning principles and curriculum design.
• 8+ years leading commercial training teams and enablement processes.
• 10+ years in healthcare diagnostics with market understanding.
• Sales certifications or advanced facilitation credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing learning and development team with a culture of coaching and continuous improvement.
• Establish and execute a multi‑year commercial learning strategy aligned to growth.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing to support go‑to‑market priorities.
• Develop trainers into strategic business partners influencing performance.
• Translate commercial strategy into scalable training programs and field coaching.
• Maintain a strong field presence as a working manager delivering training.
• Ensure consistency of training delivery across zones, roles, and portfolios.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance management for L&D teams.
• Set expectations for training quality, execution and outcomes.
