Job summary

Cleerly is seeking a Planning and Support Manager for the Training Department to lead training delivery planning, calendar coordination, and stakeholder communication. This role offers growth in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work on developing updated RASCI matrices, organizing training records within the Quality Management System, and supervising the Training Coordinator to ensure effective daily operations and KPIs.

Qualifications

• CCP – Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas required.
• 1+ years in direct leadership or coordinator management role.
• 1+ years in designing, implementing and auditing training methodologies and effectiveness frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Training Coordinator.
• Manage the training schedule process and related documentation.
• Update Work Instructions and SOPs to meet regulatory compliance.
• Oversee training records and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align capacity with training needs.
• Develop and monitor training methodologies and effectiveness checks.
• Support global expansion of the Training Department.
