Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Training Development for the Command Center to own the entire training portfolio for Remote Assist Specialists, Mission Control Specialists, Dispatchers, and Command Center Leads.

You will lead instructional developers, ensure curricula align with SOPs, and translate software changes into training while coordinating with leadership and operations teams to maintain readiness and quality across sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, or training program management.
• 3+ years owning full training portfolios for safety-critical operations.
• Experience building qualification or certification programs from zero.

Responsibilities

• Own the Command Center training portfolio end to end (onboarding, refresher, remediation, train-the-trainer).
• Direct the work of instructional developers and set design standards.
• Anchor curricula to governing SOPs and update courses with SOP/tool changes.
• Partner with Command Center leadership to translate software changes into training.
• Report readiness metrics and gaps into weekly Ops Performance Review.
