Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Program Manager, Training Development: Command Center to own the end-to-end Command Center training portfolio, including onboarding, refresher, remediation and train-the-trainer programs for Remote Assist, Mission Control, Dispatchers and Command Center Leads. Report to Senior Director of Training, Learning & Culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, or training program management.
• Experience building qualification or certification programs from zero.
• Track record of maintaining curriculum against SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Experience directing instructional developers or contractors and ensuring quality.
• Influence with senior stakeholders to adopt standardized training practices.
• Familiar with LMS administration and reporting (Workday Learning or equivalent).
• Ability to operate where standards are evolving and rescope curricula accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Own the Command Center training portfolio end to end and run the qualification checkpoint.
• Direct the work of instructional developers and set design standards across sites.
• Keep curriculum anchored to governing SOPs and reflect changes in live courses.
• Partner with leadership to translate autonomy software changes into training.
• Report readiness metrics and coverage gaps into weekly Ops Performance Review.
