Job summary

Porch Group is seeking a Consumer Services Group Trainer who will lead onboarding and ongoing training for new and tenured agents, working remotely from Colombia. You will collaborate with Trainers IIs, management, and QA to drive performance, retention, and monthly/weekly sales goals.

The role emphasizes nesting support, e-learning content management, and delivering skill development sessions via remote platforms like Microsoft Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• 2+ years of leading trainings in a remote learning setting.
• 2+ years of training, coaching, and developing sales or customer service teams.
• 2+ years of experience creating educational presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, or another presentation software.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Forms.
• Public speaking and ability to facilitate large groups remotely.
• Experience with e-learning software and learning management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule to fit business needs and new hire schedules.
• Workspace with quiet space and reliable internet access.

Responsibilities

• Assist Trainer II with onboarding of new team members and ongoing training.
• Support nesting phase for first 1–2 weeks as agents take calls.
• Coordinate with internal contributors to manage e-learning content and remote training programs for CSG teams.
• Collaborate with Managers and QA to establish development and coaching rhythms.
• Provide ongoing skill development sessions for tenured agents.
• Provide phone time to assist with service levels when new hire classes are not in progress.
• Attend team meetings to review performance against goals and set improvement commitments.
• Conduct remote training through Microsoft Teams for new and tenured staff.
• Communicate class progress on attendance, behavior, skillsets, and sales during nesting period.
• Conduct recurrent training and new product/partner training when classes are not in session.
• Support training initiatives for 1–2 teams across CSG as needed.
