Porch Group is seeking a National Account Agency Activation Coordinator based in Colombia and working remotely. The role centers on high-volume outbound calling to dormant agents, reactivating production, and driving activation through structured scripts and webinars.

You will log activities in the CRM, aim to meet daily/weekly KPIs, and escalate cases to the Agency Relationship Manager as needed. Requires resilience, CRM/dialer proficiency, and English communication skills.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Place a high volume of daily outbound calls to agents.
• Identify and prioritize dormant agents based on production history.
• Re-introduce agents to products, incentives, campaigns, and support resources.
• Document reasons for agent stagnation for follow-up.
• Execute structured outreach cadences/scripts with adaptable tone.
• Lead agent webinars with follow-up calls to drive activation.
• Log every call attempt, outcome, and response in the CRM.
