Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Certified Medical Assistant or Dental Assistant.
• Current Coronal Polish and X-Ray Certification for Dental Assistants.
• Prior training, coaching and monitoring experience is required and proven ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and team building skills required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment. Organized, able to prioritize and work independently.
• Attends and participates in coordinator team meetings
• Ability to speak in a clear and understandable manner and write legibly.
• Ability to meet and deal effectively with clients, associates, and patients
• Ability to conduct and facilitate training courses
• Professional written communication skills
• Advanced computer applications, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to accurately type a minimum of 40 wpm.
• Ability to perform a variety of assignments requiring moderate exercise of independent judgment
• Evidence of valid Arizona driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the position

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver complex training programs in various settings (classroom, hands-on, computer-based).
• System and Clinical curriculum development with evidence-based practices for staff learning.
• Execute development, implementation and revisions of customer service training and education initiatives.
• Life Support training and renewal of clinical staff using American Heart Association methods.
• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback to supervisors and site leaders.
• Notify management of persistent performance issues requiring enhancement.
• Facilitate external resources to develop and deliver learning.
• Collaborate with management to design performance reports for improvements.
• Monitor training quality and outcomes; adjust as needed for effectiveness.
• Assist in competency development and evaluation tools.
• Act as role model for staff; support policy development and revisions.
• Deliver remediation training as identified by management.
• Raise awareness when quality targets are not met with root-cause analyses
• Provide formal training sessions and annual competency evaluations
• Support site reviews and audits for compliance and quality measures
