The Site Director extends leadership across site operations and Clinical Science in partnership with network leadership. The role emphasizes people leadership, relationship-building, and data-driven performance, requiring strong decision-making and effective communication to meet sponsor expectations and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial protocols.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Minimum 4 years of people management in clinical research; director-level preferred.
• 6+ years of clinical research experience; leadership of large multidisciplinary teams advised.
• Site-network operational experience required; clinical research financial experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level clinical operations and staff management.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA regulations, and protocol requirements.
• Oversee inpatient and outpatient trial execution and safety oversight.
• Coordinate sponsor communications and performance reporting to leadership.
• Drive operational excellence and cross-site collaboration.
