Job summary

MDaudit is seeking a Manager of Training and Enablement to lead and direct the training program for healthcare platforms nationwide. The role partners with Implementation, Support, and Product Management to drive customer adoption and success.

Responsibilities include designing eLearning modules, delivering one-on-one training, expanding training services, overseeing the LEARN LMS platform, and mentoring the training team to meet revenue goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent related work experience
• 5 years of training experience and leading
• Experience building and maintaining eLearnings
• Experience launching and scaling a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in instructional design, including training task analysis, writing objectives, curriculum and lesson planning/design, implementation, and evaluation
• 5 years of experience in healthcare setting
• Oversight of information systems-based projects
• Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Executes on the strategic vision of the training program, aligning to industry leading methodologies
• Directs training and enablement programs to drive customer adoption and utilization
• Designs and develops eLearning modules; ensures content is current and engaging
• Provides one-on-one training and consulting to accelerate product adoption and customize training
• Drives expansion of services and collaborates with CE and Marketing to drive adoption
• Collaborates across CE to identify module and client risk and creates opportunities to reengage
• Leverages customer feedback to build strategic customer relationships
• Coordinates onsite training opportunities and Train the Trainer programs
• Maintains and evolves the LEARN LMS platform to support new products
• Drives team to meet Revenue Generating goals annually
• Demonstrates product expertise and high service delivery
• Assesses needs and improves offerings quarterly
• Evaluates program effectiveness via surveys and NPS
• Demonstrates industry knowledge to drive customer success
• Drives team metrics and goals
• Ensures trainings are delivered based on organizational needs
• Mentors and coaches to improve team performance
