Quest Diagnostics Incorporated seeks a Sr. Service Training Manager, Health Systems, to architect and lead the national training strategy that drives commercial performance and service excellence across the Health Systems segment.

The role designs, implements, and measures programs to boost business acumen, operational knowledge, and client service skills, partnering with senior commercial and operational leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in training, enablement, or OD with leadership exposure.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide training aligned to business goals.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional projects.
• Strong curriculum design, facilitation, and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and own the national training curriculum and roadmap for Health Systems.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate business goals into training initiatives.
• Develop analytics to measure ROI, CSAT, and productivity impact.
• Identify skill gaps via performance data and coaching reports to drive improvements.
• Lead advanced curriculum modernization using blended learning (e-learning, workshops, field coaching).
• Oversee field coaching and assessment program; provide strategic recommendations.
