Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in training, development, or instructional design.
• Demonstrates and applies a comprehensive technical knowledge across complex, major technology assignments.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Design & Delivery: Develop multimodal training curriculums (ILT, VILT, CBT) with SMEs.
• Program Execution: Design and conduct high-impact training programs to elevate performance.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate training materials to ensure retention and success.
• End-to-End Coordination: Oversee training/project activities for government healthcare clients, from needs assessment to final reporting.
• Project Logistics: Manage timelines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress within scope and budget.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with technical, clinical, and administrative stakeholders.
• Reporting: Prepare data-driven status reports for upper management.
• Team Growth: Identify resource gaps and hire new talent as needed.
