Qualifications
- BA/BS required.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial training, sales enablement, or organizational development, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide training strategies aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and own the national training curriculum and roadmap for Health Systems service team.
- Translate business goals into actionable training strategies and gain leadership buy-in.
- Develop metrics to measure training impact on ROI, productivity, CSAT, and customer satisfaction.
