Job summary

Merakey is seeking a full-time Training Coordinator for a REMOTE role. Earn $15 - $17/hour based on experience in field. The Training Coordinator will work within the DDTT/ITS Service Line to identify training needs and implement training plans for staff across multiple states.

The role includes managing the LMS, tracking, scheduling, and delivering non-clinical, entry-level trainings. Monthly reports will be prepared for management, supporting ongoing training initiatives and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years direct training and training coordination experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Education, Training, HR or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office and standard productivity tools.
• Reliable transportation to onsite location when needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify training requirements and plan training for new and existing employees.
• Support LMS management, tracking, and scheduling of trainings.
• Prepare monthly management reports and assist in implementing training plans.
• Deliver non-clinical, entry-level trainings as needed.
