Merakey is seeking a full-time Training Coordinator for a remote role within the DDTT/ITS Service Line. The position focuses on managing the LMS, tracking, and scheduling training, and delivering non-clinical, entry-level trainings.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of training coordination experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Education or HR, along with solid MS Office skills. This role offers competitive hourly pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 3 years direct training and training coordination experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Education, Training, HR or related field.
• Demonstrated MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Identify training requirements and institute plans for training new and existing employees.
• Support LMS, tracking, and scheduling of training.
• Prepare monthly reports for management and deliver non-clinical, entry-level trainings as needed.
