Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo seeks a Change Management Consultant to support the Center for Data Governance. You will blend change communications, training design, content creation and stakeholder facilitation across global teams, including meetings with Japan/Germany groups.

This 7-month assignment requires flexibility to work outside US business hours and collaboration with our MSP partner. You will develop training materials, communications, and adoption assets, ensuring quality through review cycles,

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience across change communications, learning design, content development, training, or delivery.
• Work independently, manage parallel priorities, and exercise sound judgment with limited supervision.
• Organizational Change Management experience may substitute for a specific degree or certification, supported by practical project management and responsible generative AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing and developing foundational, role-specific, capability, and function-tailored training using approved sources and SME input.
• Create learning objectives, practical exercises, knowledge checks, facilitator materials, job aids, reinforcement content, and delivery support.
• Draft and revise leadership and employee communications, presentations, guides, Teams content, intranet content, and adoption assets.
• Use approved generative AI tools to accelerate drafting while validating sources and protecting controlled content.
