Job summary

Paragon Legal Group seeks a Trademark & Brand Protection Attorney (Enforcement Lead) to own its global trademark program. This fully remote, 12-month role is 40 hours per week and supports high-volume enforcement across jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in trademark law, including in-house with a large tech company, and will coordinate with outside counsel, vendors, and internal teams to drive enforcement, domain investigations and UDRP proceedings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant trademark experience, including 3+ years in-house with a tech company.
• Experience leading global trademark and brand enforcement programs.
• Strong judgment and ability to lead high-volume enforcement work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trademark watch reviews and domain name investigations.
• Manage online infringement and takedown programs.
• Lead UDRP proceedings and adverse trademark actions.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, vendors, and internal stakeholders across jurisdictions.
