Job summary

The Position
A globally recognized technology and enterprise solutions company is seeking a Trademark & Brand Protection Attorney (Enforcement Lead) to leadits global trademark and brand enforcement program.

This is an opportunity for an experienced trademark attorney to take ownership of a sophisticated, high-volume global enforcement function while supporting broader trademark counseling and portfolio activities.

The attorney will oversee and executetrademark watch reviews, domain name investigations, online infringement and takedown programs, UDRP proceedings, naming clearance, trademark office action responses, and adverse trademark proceedings. The role involves coordination withoutside counsel, vendors, and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will bring three plusyears of relevant experience, including at least three years in-house with a large technology, software, or IT company, along with experience executingglobal trademark and brand enforcement programs. Strong judgment, independent execution, and the ability to lead complex, high-volume enforcement work are essential.

This project starts ASAP, is 12 months, is fully remote, and requires 40 hours per week. Candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone are strongly preferred.The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $95and $100. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
