Job summary

Hiring & Empowering Solutions is seeking a Trademark Attorney for a fully remote role with a Washington, DC based firm. You will conduct trademark searches, advise on strategy, manage international portfolios, and handle TTAB proceedings for multinational clients.

Qualifications include 3+ years in trademark prosecution (4–6 preferred), strong client-facing communication, and ability to work independently in a remote setting. Big law experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of trademark prosecution experience (4–6 years preferred).
• Strong client-facing communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience managing international trademark portfolios is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive trademark searches and clearances.
• Advise clients on trademark strategy, including applications, oppositions, and monitoring.
• Manage international portfolios, respond to office actions, and TTAB proceedings.
• Communicate clearly with clients about processes and risks.
• Handle multiple files and meet deadlines.
• Participate in team discussions and reporting.
