Job summary

Lowenstein Sandler LLP is seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal to support US and international trademark functions, including searching, clearance, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement.

You will draft and file trademark applications, manage goods/services descriptions, and coordinate with foreign counsel for filings and renewals. The role requires 4+ years in a law firm setting and solid USPTO system knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
• 4+ years of Paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Provide excellent client service and maintain professional relations.
• Knowledge of USPTO trademark systems (TESS, TEAS, TTAB) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Support US and international trademark functions across searching, clearance, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement.
• Draft and file US trademark applications; prepare descriptions of goods/services.
• Coordinate with foreign counsel for filings, renewals, and office actions.
• Assist TTAB proceedings, oppositions, and related enforcement matters.
• Support transactional trademark work including due diligence and portfolio audits.
