We Are Legal Revolution in Washington, DC (Remote within the United States) is seeking a mid-senior level Trademark Associate to join its Washington, DC office on a remote basis within the United States.

You will lead complex US and international trademark clearance projects, manage domestic and global prosecution, and provide day‑to‑day counseling on brand strategy and portfolio optimization, working with foreign counsel and internal teams across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• JD or LL.M. degree required.
• Bar admission in resident state.
• At least 3 years of direct trademark clearance and prosecution experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex US and international trademark clearance projects for brand portfolios.
• Manage domestic and global trademark prosecution, including strategy, filings, and office action responses.
• Provide day-to-day counseling on brand selection, risk assessment, and portfolio optimization.
• Coordinate with foreign counsel and internal teams on multi-jurisdictional matters in Spanish and English.
• Collaborate directly with partners while handling a high-volume docket.
