You will oversee day-to-day client needs, audit entries, and ensure accurate guidance across CBP and agency requirements, while maintaining client databases and knowledge bases.

Formación

• 3+ years of customs brokerage or related industry experience
• Certified CCS designation
• U.S. Customs Broker License required for Remote Work
• Experience applying customs knowledge to client needs and transactional processing

Responsabilidades

• Own the client experience: support day-to-day client needs, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and help find solutions
• Audit customs entries and released shipments to identify errors and improve quality
• Stay current on CBP regulations and Partner Government Agency requirements
• Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, vendors, Customs, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain client work instructions, databases, and account information
• Support accurate customs entry processing across transportation modes when needed
• Coach and mentor teammates on transactional processing and client requirements
• Recognize risks and make timely decisions to protect clients and GHY
