Job summary

GHY International is seeking a Trade Specialist to elevate client experience in U.S. customs brokerage. You will oversee daily client needs, audit entries, and maintain critical account information while aligning with CBP and PGA requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customs brokerage or related industry experience.
• CCS certification and broker license are required for remote work.
• Proven experience applying customs knowledge to client needs.
• Ability to interpret CBP regulations and PGAs and translate to guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience, supporting day-to-day needs and resolving issues.
• Audit customs entries and released shipments to ensure accuracy.
• Stay current on CBP regulations and Partner Government Agency requirements; research questions.
• Maintain client databases, work instructions, and critical account information.
• Coaching and mentoring teammates; support the release team when needed.
• Coordinate across transportation modes to keep shipments moving.
