Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a remote Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning, coordination, and on-site execution for 65+ events annually, across national and regional shows, meetings, and CE programs.

You will partner with Brand Engagement, Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams, translate objectives into detailed plans, manage budgets, vendor relationships, registrations, shipping, and post-event reconciliation, with travel up to 20%.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Five+ years of experience coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, meetings, or similar programs.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, event logistics, budgets, contracts, and post-event reconciliation.

• Coordinate participation in 65+ trade shows and industry events annually, aligning with Marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Oversee booth logistics: shipping, setup, returns, and service orders.
• Partner with organizers and vendors to resolve issues and support execution.
• Coordinate branded materials, apparel, giveaways, and booth assets.
• Ensure consistent Midwest Veterinary Supply branding across events.
