You will partner with the Director of Brand Engagement and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into detailed plans, timelines, logistics, and attendee communications. The role requires strong project management, vendor negotiation, and post-event reconciliation, with travel up to 20% and remote work from the specified

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate participation in 65+ trade shows and events annually aligned with Marketing objectives
• Oversee end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, timelines
• Manage booth logistics, shipping, setup, and post-event follow-up
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and Operations to align goals
• Track milestones, budgets, and vendor performance to improve processes
