Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. seeks a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution for 65+ industry events annually. You’ll align activity with Marketing and business priorities, partner with key stakeholders, and manage the event lifecycle from concept to post-event reconciliation.

Some travel and remote work are involved. The role requires strategic event planning, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize brand impact and ROI.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Five+ years of experience coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, or similar programs.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, event logistics, registration budgets, contracts, shipping, and post-event reconciliation.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other business teams; veterinary/animal health industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Midwest Veterinary Supply’s participation in more than 65 trade shows and industry events annually, ensuring priorities and plans align with Marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle, including research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics, including shipping, transportation, setup, returns, and related service orders.
• Partner with event organizers, service providers, and vendors to resolve issues and support successful execution.
• Coordinate branded apparel, promotional materials, giveaways, booth assets, and other attendee materials.
• Ensure consistent, professional brand presentation across trade shows and event touchpoints.
• Track event commitments, milestones, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
