Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of participation in 65+ industry events yearly. You will ensure cost-effective, professional delivery aligned with Marketing and business priorities.

You will partner with organizers, vendors, and internal teams to manage budgets, schedules, venues, and post-event follow-up, while maintaining brand standards and attendee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years coordinating trade shows or events.
• Experience with high-volume events is strongly preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participation in 65+ trade shows annually and align with marketing objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle including sponsorships and registrations.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists and stakeholder readiness communications.
• Oversee booth logistics: shipping, setup, and return shipments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Operations on goals and timelines.
