This role is particularly focused on supporting the company's presence within the advanced manufacturing, precision engineering, industrial technology, metrology, automation, and manufacturing solutions sectors, where industry events and trade shows play a critical role in brand positioning, customer engagement, lead generation, and business development. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Commercial, and Global teams, the Events Manager will ensure all event activities align with corporate objectives, strengthen customer relationships, elevate brand awareness, and deliver measurable business results.

The Events Manager will have full responsibility for the lifecycle of corporate events and trade show programs, including event strategy, concept development, booth design and presentation standards, logistics coordination, vendor management, budget administration, contract negotiations, staffing, risk mitigation, and on-site execution. A key aspect of the role is managing participation in major advanced manufacturing and industrial trade shows, ensuring exhibits, demonstrations, promotional campaigns, and customer experiences effectively showcase the company's technologies and capabilities. The position also requires developing performance metrics, conducting ROI analyses, gathering competitive intelligence, and implementing best practices to continually improve event effectiveness and operational excellence across regional programs.

Requirements are critical for success in this role. Candidates must possess a degree in Marketing, Management, or a related discipline, along with 5+ years of event management experience, preferably supporting B2B organizations within advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, engineering, automation, precision manufacturing, or related technical industries. Proven project management abilities, strong organizational and relationship-building skills, experience with virtual and hybrid event platforms, social media marketing, budget management, and Microsoft Office proficiency are required. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, possess a degree of mechanical aptitude, and be willing to travel up to 70% to support trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences throughout North America. Candidates must also be eligible to access ITAR-controlled data in accordance with U.S. export regulations.
