JGA Recruitment Group | B Corp™ partners with a rapidly growing health-tech company to recruit a Total Rewards Manager in Dallas. Shape and deliver a competitive employee rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders across People, Payroll and Finance, owning benefits, compensation, and rewards programmes while ensuring regulatory compliance and meaningful reporting. Dallas-based, hybrid role with 4 days in office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, or Compensation.
• Strong knowledge of US employee benefits, compensation practices, and HR compliance.
• Experience conducting compensation analysis and market benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee benefits programmes (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, wellness, leave).
• Act as primary contact for employee and vendor benefit inquiries.
• Lead compensation benchmarking, salary analysis, and pay equity reviews; maintain job/salary structures.

We're partnering with an innovative, rapidly expanding health-tech company that's transforming the way millions of people access specialist healthcare across the United States. As the business continues to grow, they're looking for a Total Rewards Manager to help shape and deliver a competitive employee rewards strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates exceptional talent.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across People, Payroll, and Finance, taking ownership of benefits, compensation, and reward programmes while helping to enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing employee benefits programmes, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave administration.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for employee and vendor benefit enquiries.
• Leading compensation benchmarking, salary analysis, pay equity reviews, and maintaining job and salary structures.
• Supporting annual compensation and bonus planning cycles.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local benefits and compensation regulations.
• Producing reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Partnering with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to continuously improve total rewards programmes.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years' experience within Total Rewards, Benefits, or Compensation.
• Strong knowledge of US employee benefits, compensation practices, and HR compliance.
• Experience conducting compensation analysis and market benchmarking.
• Strong Excel and HRIS skills with excellent analytical ablity.
• A proactive, collaborative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The role is based in Dallas (4 days per week in office) and paying up to $175k +Bonus.
