Job summary

Fullsteam seeks a Director of Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, sales incentives, leave of absence, and workers’ compensation across the United States and Canada. You will design and continuously improve Total Rewards programs while ensuring operational excellence in execution.

The role partners with executive leadership, Finance, Sales Ops, HRBP, Payroll, Legal, and vendors to stay competitive and scalable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in compensation/benefits with leadership experience.
• Experience designing sales compensation programs.
• Knowledge of US/Canada employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation strategy, pricing, and job architecture.
• Own enterprise compensation policy and market pricing.
• Govern and optimize sales incentive and commission plans.
• Oversee benefits, leave, workers’ comp programs and enrollments.
