Responsibilities

• Administer health, wellness, retirement, and statutory benefit programs.
• Lead U.S. and Canadian leave administration, including compliance.
• Support compensation cycles, salary reviews, and pay analysis.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Legal, and leadership.
• Ensure HRIS configuration accuracy and reporting integrity.
• Drive process improvements and scalable rewards operations.

Are you a hands-on Total Rewards professional with strong U.S. and Canadian experience? This is an excellent contract-to-hire opportunity to join a respected global organization with a small, collaborative local presence in West Houston.

What You’ll Do

As a Rewards Analyst, you’ll serve as a key subject matter expert supporting U.S. and Canada benefits, leave administration, and compensation programs. This is a highly visible individual contributor role where accuracy, compliance, and execution matter.

You will:

• Administer health, wellness, retirement, and statutory benefit programs
• Lead U.S. and Canadian leave administration (including compliance)
