Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in compensation, benefits, or Total Rewards.
• Progress toward CCP/GRP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs.
• Serve as primary contact for employee and manager inquiries.
• Conduct compensation market pricing, survey benchmarking, and job evaluation.
• Coordinate annual Open Enrollment processes and system configuration.
• Support annual and recurring compensation processes including merit planning and budgeting.
• Prepare compensation analyses for promotions and pay actions.
• Support benefits program administration and renewal processes.
• Maintain Total Rewards data across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems.
• Build recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards for decision-making.
