Job summary

DLRdmv markets Title & Registration technology and Governmental Compliance solutions for the Automotive Industry. The Customer Experience Specialist will process out-of-state titling applications for dealership clients to ensure accuracy and compliance with state requirements.

The role reports to the DLR50 Customer Experience Manager and requires broad knowledge of titling regulations across all 50 states. Key duties include inspecting documents, communicating clearly with colleagues, and acting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with out-of-state titling service preferred.
• Strong writing and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Systems.

Responsibilities

• Examine documents for accuracy.
• Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with field and department team members with any information or documents needed.
• Support other team members as a subject matter expert.
• Make accurate corrections when needed.
• Track and update various documents as needed.
• Report habitual errors to manager.
• Work diligently and accurately to meet personal and team goals.
