You will prioritize tasks to meet SLA metrics, order search products and tax certifications, and maintain detailed records across spreadsheets and databases.

The role relies on strong data-entry skills, knowledge of title escrow, and experience with title software.

Qualifications

• Strong data-entry skills with high accuracy.
• Knowledge or interest in title escrow processes.
• Demonstrated typing accuracy and speed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Experience using ResWare or similar title software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine and verify titles and title reports.
• Create and understand title commitments and other title deliverables.
• Prioritize daily work to meet client SLAs for title processing.
• Order search products and tax certifications.
• Review reports and queues to manage workload.
