Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience, including at least one year of Title IV-E eligibility experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance review of Title IV-E eligibility determinations and related documentation.
• Meet weekly project goals for QA evaluation compliance.
• Perform audits and analyze data and documentation to identify errors and trends.
• Support Eligibility Manager and supervise team as required.
• Travel within Wisconsin as needed.
