Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) in Wisconsin seeks a Title IV-E Eligibility Specialist to support the Wisconsin Department of Children & Families with federal revenue management. You will review case records and apply Title IV-E criteria in line with state and federal guidelines.

The ideal candidate is a team player with keen attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work independently in a public-sector environment.

Qualifications

• Understand federal and state laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review client records to assess Title IV-E eligibility.
• Apply federal rules governing Title IV-E eligibility for each case.
• Monitor performance standard measurements for Title IV-E activities.
• Provide information and technical assistance to clients on revenue management.
• Participate in state and federal audit inquiries.
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Foster information sharing among colleagues.
• Travel within Wisconsin as needed.
