The position offers remote work in the US across Eastern and Western teams, with a standard 40-hour week and occasional voluntary overtime.

Responsibilities

• Review files and identify defects and clearance issues.
• Analyse divorce, probate, trusts, powers of attorney, and entity docs.
• Manage assigned pipeline and track deadlines.
• Collaborate with underwriters and obtain second opinions when needed.
• Prepare deeds, affidavits, and title-related forms.
• Order deeds and review vendor documents.
• Review surveys and endorsements per guidelines.
• Communicate timelines, requirements, and closing needs.
• Maintain timely updates to stakeholders.
