Westcor Land Title Insurance Company is seeking a Title Curative Specialist to evaluate and resolve title issues efficiently. With a focus on providing exceptional service, the ideal candidate will have over 5 years of curative experience in the title industry.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of curative experience in the title industry, national or regional experience preferred.
• Ability to make well-reasoned risk decisions.
• Experience in commercial and purchase transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate title search and resolve title issues according to guidelines.
• Determine solutions for clearing title issues.
• Coordinate with underwriting counsel to resolve curative matters.
• Communicate with lienholders regarding property liens.
• Provide estimated title curative resolution dates to clients.
• Prioritize daily work to meet client SLAs.
